Working out with a group of friends, family, or co-workers can be an encouraging experience. Knowing others in the training session increases comfort levels, letting participants relax and focus on the workout. Semi private personal training also allows each individual to work closely with trainers in sessions that are lower ratios than small group fitness classes. The semi private personal format is generally setup for 2-4 people.
These sessions pull together and combine the best elements of our personal training and group class programs. Like our other training programs, sessions last 50 minutes and are designed to increase overall athletic ability. Sports Performance Strength & Conditioning
One of our semi private training groups specializes in strength and conditioning. Athlete specific training that uses through olympic lifting, plyometrics, power lifting, strength training, and conditioning work. Perfect for an athlete in any sport. Weekend warriors running long distance runs, obstacle course races, bicycling, and any event similar. Sports Performance Strength & Conditioning happens Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays at 3:30pm. Each class will be limited to 4 people per class. Reservations for each class are required. Monthly membership options are available here for 4x/month, 8x/month, and unlimited. First month is pro-rated and classes do not roll over into the next month.
