Your time to get even with your trainer. They make you sweat, work hard and if you’re lucky offer a high five in return. Now you’ve got your chance to make them sweat and work hard. Our Challenge You Challenge Me Fundraising will go towards improving our gym and client experience. We want to create the best environment for our ever-growing gym family. Fit for Hunting
Preparation for your bow hunting season.

An eight week workout series designed to help build the fitness you’ll NEED for a successful bow hunting season this September. Walking miles through the brush, hiking over mountains and through canyons all while carrying your pack. And that’s just the hunt. If your hunt is successful then you’ll need to carry your kill out of the wilderness. All this takes a high level of fitness. Our workouts are designed specifically to prepare you for the physical challenges that hunting provides.
