Working out with a group of friends, family, or co-workers can be an encouraging experience. Knowing others in the class increases comfort levels, letting participants relax and focus on the workout. Semi private personal training also allows each individual to work closely with trainers in sessions that are lower ratios than small group fitness classes. The semi private personal format is generally setup for 2-4 people.
These sessions pull together and combine the best elements of our personal training and group class programs. Like our other training programs, sessions last 50 minutes and are designed to increase overall athletic ability.
