Nikki is an active mother of two boys and has always been an athletic enthusiast! Nikki grew up in the water and through high school was an avid swimmer, water polo player, and lifeguard. But, after having two kids and feeling frustrated with her cardio routine she began reading, researching, and trying a variety of training to broaden her understanding and knowledge of fitness! she discovered weightlifting and HIIT workouts and soon fell in love with her new found lifestyle! The strength and confidence she discovered through fitness, not only helped her physically but also helped her reduce and manage the stresses of day to day life as a mom and military wife.
After moving from Oklahoma with her husband, Nikki decided to leave her career as a pastry chef and cake decorator to take her love of fitness to the next level and pursue an education in fitness. Nikki now has her Associate Degree in Advanced Personal Training and Exercise Science with a NASM Certification. The gym isn’t just a job for her, she loves the benefits to her mental and physical health; she loves to help people uncover their strengths, conquer their fears and become their best selves! She believes training should be an enjoyable journey to improving quality of life. Nikki wants to help clients find their love of this lifestyle by tailoring workouts specific to their individual needs to help uncover what works best for them. She is driven to continue her education and be forever learning to become the best trainer possible.
Nikki’s style of training is friendly but firm. She is always looking to push her clients to the best of their ability so they meet their short, mid, and long-term goals! She believes in positive vibes, a few laughs, and just enough awkwardness to make you feel at ease!
