Obstacle Course Training (OCT) is a 10-week program designed to prepare you for the rigors that an obstacle race might throw at you. These workouts are designed specifically to help prepare you for the challenges that you will face in these races. It’s also an excellent excuse to take the workout outside during the summer.
Obstacle Course Training will be Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. for all of June, July, and the first two weeks of August (replacing the Wednesday 6:30 p.m. Metabolic Conditioning class for the duration).
