Cinco de Mayo Pull Party, Beer Mile and Taco Bar

We’re celebrating Cinco de Mayo the best way possible: Move lots, lift heavy stuff, drink beer while attempting to run. We’ll then hangout and eat some tacos! Following our Saturday 9am Boot Camp, we’ll have a Pull Party (think deadlifting) at 10:15am. After pulling big weights we’re off running. In our attempt to keep this family friendly at 11:30am we’re hosting a beer (or root beer for those under 21) mile. Followed by a Taco Bar potluck style. You’re invited to join us for any and all of the festivities we’re hosting that day!

Obstacle Course Training (OCT) is a 10-week program designed to prepare you for the rigors that an obstacle race might throw at you. These workouts are designed specifically to help prepare you for the challenges that you will face in these races.
